Your Movement Guide

I offer movement therapy sessions both online and in person. With 25 years of experience in professional dance, ongoing education in art therapy, and a gentle, client-centered approach, I create a safe and supportive space for exploring emotions through movement. Sessions are available privately or in groups.

  • A one-to-one online session, held in the safety of your own space — just you and my gentle guidance. We begin with meditation and breathing, then move into improvisation. Through my approach to dance and movement, you’ll reconnect gently with your body and inner world. You’ll finish feeling relaxed, grounded, and warmly connected to yourself.

    The price: 1h-80€ | 2h-150€

  • A personal, embodied experience in a shared, safe space. We start by arriving in the body through breathing and meditation, then flow into guided movement and improvisation. With gentle guidance and presence, you’re invited to listen to your body and move from within. The session closes with a sense of release, softness, and a deeper connection to yourself.

    The price: 1h-110€ | 2h-200€

With soft guidance, you’re invited to follow your inner impulses while sensing the presence of others.
