Location

A charming villa with a pool in the heart of Provence

Beautiful landscapes, warm sunsets, and nature all around

“I've been feeling really displaced in my body and full of stress lately that's why when I saw the post for your workshop I decided to participate, I really enjoyed the general energy, the music, your calm tone and support all the while connecting with other people and my own soul placing itself. And the tension release at the end was much needed for me. Thank you for this experience.” Pardis

“Anastasia's dance workshops feel like a breath of fresh air. She doesn't teach you how to dance "correctly," but rather creates a space where emotions, mind, and body can reconnect. She also leaves room for imagination and self-expression. The class takes place in a small group, which creates a sense of intimacy and closeness, allowing you to fully focus on your own sensations. After the session, I felt a surge of energy, deep relaxation, and a stronger sense of trust in my body.” Anna

“Hello my dear, I just wanted to tell you how powerful your movement class was for me! It was such a special experience - so free and so real. It honestly helped me go through grief and loss in a very deep way, without words, just through movement. I left feeling lighter and more connected to myself. Thank you for creating such a safe and beautiful space for me!” Zlata

The spots are limited in order to create an intimate and safe space in a small group.

You will leave with more than just memories and beautiful photos

You will take with you:

  • a deeper connection with your body

  • emotional and physical balance

  • a renewed sense of aliveness and lightness

  • a deeper passion for dance and free movement

  • meaningful new connections and friendships

And maybe most importantly - the feeling of truly hearing yourself again.
